A Palestinian child in Gaza pleads for international help amid the Israeli regime’s brutal attacks in the impoverished region.
On Thursday, as a Press TV correspondent was giving a live update of the Gaza situation on the ground, a Palestinian child came over and pleaded for international help to stop the Israeli regime’s massacre of Gazans.

Nasrallah: Israel on a path towards "suicide" in Gaza
Hezbollah chief Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah Friday vowed "all means of support" to the Palestinian resistance in its battle with Israel, saying the latter had failed miserably in the 18-day conflict in Gaza.

UN: Israel Never Informed Us of Plans to Attack Gaza School

Israel’s narrative on yesterday’s attack on a UN school full of refugees in the Gaza town of Beit Hanoun has revised again today, with Israel now claiming they informed the UN of the plan to attack the school hours in advance, and told them to remove the refugees before then.
The UN is disputing that, saying that no warning at all was given, and further complaining that when experts visited the site today to inspect the damage, they too were attacked.
The claim of a warning is puzzling, because for hours the Israeli military denied having attacked the school at all, speculating that Hamas had somehow one it themselves. The story just kept changing.

A shell killed a family of six people three days ago. Cousins of my neighbor Eyad. They were sitting around their food waiting for the prayer to break their fast. The four children were killed instantly, and the parents were mortally injured. Eyad told me that one of the dead girls vanished completely; they found no sign of her body. The death of two Americans serving in Israel’s military in this weekend’s fighting with Hamas in Gaza is not the first time Americans have died while serving in foreign militaries.
Max Steinberg, 24, of California, and Nissim Sean Carmeli, 21, of Texas, were serving in the Israeli army when they died along with 11 other Israeli soldiers over the weekend. At least 60 Palestinians were also killed.
“All of them have joint citizenship,” Maya Kadosh, Israel’s Houston-based deputy consul to the Southwest United States, told The New York Times. “They are very proud. They are not less American when they serve in the army. They are more American. A refreshingly open call for ethnic cleansing of Palestinians from an Israeli deputy speaker
I’ve always said that I like my ethnic cleansers like my men: honest, direct, and with a plan. Sadly, like good men, honest and open ethnic cleansers are few and far between. As the Israeli government, and those who blindly defend it, claim that the attacks in Gaza are for self-defense, and self-defense alone, one man has the courage to admit that the real goal is to rid the area of Palestinians and populate it with Jews. Feiglin wrote an op-ed on Tuesday in which he revealed his hopes and dreams for the future of Israel and the demise of Palestinians in Gaza. The headline is “My Outline for a Solution in Gaza.” And the subheadline reads “Clear and concise, the steps towards achieving quiet in Gaza.”

Some of the dead are Hamas fighters. But many others are women, children, the helpless old. ISIS has taken credit and even the Israeli media admits that the two suspects named by the Israeli government are not part of HAMAS, but of a group known for disobeying HAMAS and trying to cause trouble for them.
But Netanyahu declares HAMAS, the legally elected government of Gaza, responsible and launches bombing raids into Gaza using the very latest high-tech weapons provided by the US Government and paid for by the US taxpayers.
To put Israel's actions into perspective, let us recall that over the July 4th weekend, 8 people were killed in Chicago. Using Netanyahu's logic, the Democratic party should be blamed and all of Illinois bombed and invaded!
The Palestinians, who have been attacked without provocation, fight back with their home-made rockets, which so far have mostly knocked a few roof tiles loose.
But to Israel's supporters, we should all forget that Israel attacked Gaza without a valid reason, and view Palestine's attempts to defend themselves as the crime, so that Israel can go on pounding the Palestinians with their superior weapons.
I want to point something out. The Israelis sit in their tanks, or the drone operations centers, or fly high above Gaza in their US-supplied warplanes, dropping the latest in US-supplied high tech lethal munitions, and imagine themselves the heroes they read about in the Torah. The Israelis, clearly unafraid of HAMAS rockets, line the hills overlooking Gaza and cheer the carnage, much as the Romans at the Colosseum cheered as the Christians were thrown to the lions. The Palestinians huddle in their giant open-air prison, without an army, a navy, or an air force, and fight back with home-made rockets made out of plumbing supplies.
Not since Thermopylae has the world seen such courage in the face of overwhelming odds. The Palestinians have balls the US and Israel can only dream of, and the world will remember their courage against the tyrants, and the lies by the corporate media's presstitutes and whorespondents trying to protect Israel's aggression!

Though the Wikipedia article doesn’t explain the reference to Hannibal, I assume it relates to the death of the great Carthaginian general, who took poison rather than allow himself to be captured by his mortal enemy, the Romans. Though Sara Leibovich-Dar wrote in 2003 that the name came from a military computer!
In my long history of dedication to this subject, I’ve rarely seen anything that has disturbed me as much. The Hannibal Directive is:
…A secret directive of the Israel Defense Forces with the purpose of preventing Israeli soldiers being captured by enemy forces in the course of combat.
…The order, drawn up in 1986 by a group of top Israeli officers, states that at the time of a kidnapping the main mission becomes forcing the release of the abducted soldiers from their kidnappers, even if that means injury to Israeli soldiers.

The nation freed 1,000 Palestinian prisoners in order to release Shalit. Israeli hardliners screamed bloody murder about freeing murderers with blood on their hands. Some said it would have been better if Shalit had died rather than face this ignominy.
I believe that Benny Gantz and Bibi Netanyahu aren’t prepared to go through such a trauma again. They believe their constituency would understand if they killed a soldier rather than lose him to capture. Let’s make no mistake about this: it is a purely political calculation. A nakedly, cynical political calculation. It suggests that the interests of the nation trump the life of the individual. These are considerations of an authoritarian state and not a democratic one. A democracy values the individual. It recognizes that the nation cannot exist without the individual. Even that the nation should not exist unless it respects and values that individual.
The Hannibal Directive perverts such principles. It embraces a fascist perspective in which the individual is subsumed within the mass. He has no specific individual value unless he is serving the interest of the nation. And his interests may, when necessary be sacrificed to the greater good.

But the stupid Blacks who go to the Israeli Entity, as ‘Jews’ end up serving in the Israeli army, to die for Israel, and are used to do all the menial jobs Jews do not wish to do.
